Make your own non-dairy yogurt by using just two simple ingredients.

Coconut yogurt

  • 1 can (7 oz.) full-fat coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 3 capsules Life Time Multi Pro 30B Probiotic, opened
STEP 1
Pour the room temperature coconut milk into a glass Ball jar and add in three capsules of Life Time Fitness Multi Pro 30B.
STEP 2
Cover with a cheesecloth and use a rubber band to secure.
STEP 3
Place the Ball jar on a shelf in your kitchen cabinet where there's a stable temperature. Leave it in the cabinet for 24 to 48 hours. The longer it rests, the tangier it typically is.
STEP 4
Place in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours to thicken and chill before consuming.
