Ingredients

  • 8 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 serving vanilla Life Time Protein Powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. of peppermint or mint extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes

Directions

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
