Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp. avocado or coconut oil
- 2 tsp. sea salt, medium grain
- 4 drops essential oil of your choice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a clean spray bottle and shake well to mix. Be sure to shake before each use. Your sea-salt spray will keep at room temperature for up to four months.
