
Sweet and Spicy Jalapeño Mango Chicken

Sweet dried mango and fiery jalapeño bring bold flavor to this protein-packed chicken dish that comes together in one skillet.
- ½ tbs. coconut oil
- 1½ lb. chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 raw jalapeños, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp. Himalayan or Celtic salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- 1 cup unsweetened dried mango, finely diced
- 1 tbs. honey
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
STEP 1
Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
STEP 2
Add the jalapeños, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, mango, and honey to the pan. Continue cooking and stirring frequently until the chicken is fully cooked.
STEP 3
When the chicken is cooked through, mix in the cilantro and serve.
