- 1 serving vanilla Life Time Vegan Protein+ All-in-One powder (or Whey Protein+ All-in-One if you’re not eating plant-based)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

- Pinch of sea salt
- 4–6 ice cubes
