Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbs. minced kalamata olives
- 2 tbs. minced sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tbs. minced red onion
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Mix together all the ingredients, form into patties, and sauté in a cast-iron pan, like you would regular hamburgers.
