A few simple swaps up the nutrition of this wrap that's packed with protein and fresh veggies.

  • 2 each. collard green leaves
  • 2 tbs. hummus
  • 4 oz. deli turkey (nitrate/nitrite free)
  • 1/2 small tomato
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sprouts
  • 2 tbs. sunflower seeds
STEP 1
Blanch the collard green leaves in hot water for five seconds before running under cold water to make them more pliable.
STEP 2
Lay the leaves out flat and layer on the hummus, turkey, tomato, avocado, sprouts, and sunflower seeds.
STEP 3
Fold the bottom and top of the leaves up about one-fourth of the way on each side. Start on one end and roll gently to secure.
