Top these cookies with some nut butter, or a homemade glaze made from a mix of coconut oil and honey.
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbs. coconut oil
- 2 tbs. pure maple syrup
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients to form a dough. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2
Roll the dough out so it's about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
STEP 3
Bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for 12 to 15 minutes.
