DIY Fruit Based Alpha-Hydroxy Enzyme Mask

Here's an excellent DIY exfoliating mask that can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and skin discolorations when used 2 to 3 times a week.

Yield | 1 application

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe papaya
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 tbs. Brewer’s yeast

Directions

  1. Cube the fruit and process in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a small bowl and mix in the brewer’s yeast.
  3. Apply evenly to the face and neck. Allow the mask to remain on the face for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with tepid water.
