Fall can make family schedules feel especially full, between school, sports, extracurriculars, and social events. That’s why it helps to have activities you can count on to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun without adding more stress to your week. At Life Time, kids can move their bodies, keep learning, and enjoy themselves in a welcoming and fun environment.
Each week, clubs offer events based around healthy activities and active play that keep kids busy for several hours. Some are just for kids, giving parents the opportunity to drop them off or stay and use the club, while others are designed for the whole family.
To make planning a little easier, we’ve rounded up the kids and family events happening from September through October. You can register for events in the Life Time app or check your club’s schedule for more details.
