  • 1 can black beans
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeño (optional)
  • 2 cups fresh sweet corn
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1
Drain and rinse the black beans. Chop the tomatoes, avocados, red onion, and jalapeño (chop the jalapeño very finely).
STEP 2
Combine the black beans, chopped ingredients, and corn. Squeeze the lime juice over the salsa, add salt and pepper, and mix to combine.
