Yields 1 1/3 cups | Prep time 15 minutes
- 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. minced dill pickle
- 2 tbs. capers, rinsed and chopped (optional)
- 1 tbs. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
- Chill until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
