- ¼ cup water
- 2 scoops LTH Rally Amino Recovery (cherry limeade or lemon lime flavor)
- ¼ cup gelatin
- Honey or sweetener to taste
- 2 cups boiling water
STEP 1
Whisk together ¼ cup water with the LTH Rally Amino Recovery.
STEP 2
Continue whisking, adding in gelatin powder then boiling water.
STEP 3
Add honey or sweetener if desired.
STEP 4
Distribute mixture evenly into two-ounce containers. If you want to take these as a shot, we recommend using plastic (disposable) two-ounce containers. It can also be helpful to place all containers on a surface (plate or in a baking sheet) before pouring the mixture and placing in the refrigerator.
STEP 5
Refrigerate for two to three hours or until set.
