Prepare

Spend three to seven days reviewing the D.TOX program guide, planning meals, grocery shopping, and shifting some of your habits to make the transition easier, such as reducing caffeine and sugar and getting hydrated.

Detox

Follow the approved foods list, prioritizing protein and fiber while eliminating alcohol, added sugar, and non-approved foods. If you’re using the D.TOX shakes, consume one daily on days one to 10, then consume two on days 11 to 14.
