I finished my D.TOX program a month ago. It is the best program I’ve ever done! At first it looks like a lot of restrictions but reading the guide there was a mindset change when I read “focus on the foods you can eat” — I think this advice will serve those struggling! The foods we can’t eat are just a few, there are sooo many more options! I focused on what I could eat like some chicken patties, grilled potatoes, and black beans for breakfast. That was so filling. Also, make a good use of recipes in the program guide and read all the foods you can eat. That helped me with the mindset change.
