I add pomegranate seeds to my glass.
I think pomegranate seeds are addictive little bursts of tart deliciousness, and I always want to eat them all at once and right away. But they sink to the bottom of the glass. So to get to the pomegranates I have to guzzle the whole glass of water, which I do posthaste.
Boom. I’ve had a tall glass of water and one of the healthiest foods on the planet in one delicious swoop.
